Oikocredit International Share Foundation (OISF) Prospectus

The prospectus must always be read in combination with the Oikocredit Ecumenical Development Cooperative Society U.A. (“Oikocredit EDCS U.A.”) prospectus which is incorporated by reference in the Oikocredit International Share Foundation (“OISF”) prospectus.
Please note that shares in Oikocredit EDCS U.A. cannot be obtained via the OISF and this does not constitute an offer of shares in Oikocredit EDCS U.A. OISF is a sister body, established for raising investment from the public by using depository receipts, which invests its funds, by way of shares, in Oikocredit EDCS U.A.

OISF has set out in the prospectus information about the social purpose of investment, that the rate of return is typically 2% a year and that an investor will generally be able to request the repayment at any time. The prospectus also sets out the risks relating to the investment, namely that money is invested in enterprises in developing countries.
The prospectus of the OISF in relation to the offering of Depository Receipts for shares in the capital of Oikocredit EDCS U.A. is only applicable within the UK and Ireland.
