 -Graduado en Economía, Finanzas, Administración de Negocios, Agro Negocios.

- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares.

- Orientación a metas y capacidad de trabajar bajo presión. 

- Indispensable de nacionalidad mexicana.

Equity Investment Officer

Responsibilities:

·         Monitor and manage portfolio holdings by participating as active and valuable board member for portfolio holdings (we look for significant minority stakes)

·         Expand equity investment portfolio

·         Generate dual returns – development and financial

·         Build capacity for long-term growth and success of Oikocredit’s global equity activities

Education and experience:

·         Master/bachelor degree in the field of finance, economics or development

·         At least 5 years equity investment experience at senior level

·         Work experience with complex legal documents

·         Experience serving on Boards of portfolio companies

·         Knowledge of developing countries and cross-cultural experiences

·         Thorough knowledge of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills (other languages highly desirable) 

·         Enthusiasm for travel (20 – 25%)
