What kind of loans do we offer?

• Loan size: From a minimum of Rs. 25 lakhs to a maximum of Rs. 10 crores per borrower. The maximum amount is usually given to partners who have exhibited good performance with their earlier loans;
• Term of loan: From 3 to 6 years;
• Grace period: On average 12 months with a maximum of 24 months;
• Repayment Schedule: Flexible to suit the project’s need;
• Interest rate: Reasonable and flexible considering market rates as well as the risks and development relevance of the project;
• Fees/commissions: Maanaveya applies fair and transparently calculated fees and commissions;
• Securities: Suitable securities are required from the borrowing institution and its representatives to ensure serious commitment to the success of the undertaking.
