Our hiring process

How it works

Here’s what to expect when applying for a position:

Application submission

Submit your CV and motivation letter via our application form.

Initial phone interview

We’ll have an initial conversation to learn more about your experience and how your skills align with Oikocredit’s goals.

Formal interview

This interview will assess your technical skills and how well you align with our team and mission. If required for the role, you’ll be asked to complete a business case after the interview.

Second interview

You’ll meet additional team members and dive deeper into the specifics of the role. If a business case was part of the process, you’ll present it during this interview.

Offer

If successful, we’ll send you a job offer, and once accepted, we’ll start the onboarding process to welcome you to the team (after completing the final background checks in step 6).

Screening

Before your start date, we’ll complete final background checks, which include reference checks and a WorldCheck verification, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.
